These Terms of Use govern your use of the HVAC Manual Boss mobile application ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.

Use of the App

HVAC Manual Boss is designed for use by licensed HVAC professionals. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that any calculations performed comply with applicable local codes and regulations.

Subscription and Billing

• The App offers a 7-day free trial with limited access, followed by a monthly subscription at $29.99/month.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings or within the App under Settings → Manage Subscription.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

Accuracy of Calculations

HVAC Manual Boss provides load calculations based on the data you enter. While we strive for accuracy, the App is a tool to assist professionals and does not replace your professional judgment. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect data entry, local code requirements, or unusual construction conditions. Always verify results with applicable standards before use in the field.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by HVAC Manual Boss and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HVAC Manual Boss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to errors in calculations or permit rejections.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
